Refund not received

Old mutual deducted for 6 months the amount of R475 after my broker hand in my cancelation letter. I struggle financially and was treated for depression which i explained to my broker Gavin. since March 2015 of cancelling up to September 2015 did they ignore my letter and only cancelled my policy (greenlight)in October 2015, but were never refunded. Marvin at cape town branch assisted me on 29/10/2015 and advised me to put all policies on holiday for 6 months to pay my debts.<br> I want my refund from old mutual as they owe me that much. I tried to phone ***, but an irritating long hold and voice recorder is all i got and have not spoken to anyone.<br> regards, D Barnes
