Refund My Premiums

On July 10th, i went to a branch to cancel the funeral plans i had with Old Mutual. After the process i was informed that the company will still deduct the premiums for the next 3 months but will then be refunded back to me in no time. July 15th, the deductions went off and after a week i inboxed the Facebook admin of the Old Mutual page who then organised for a consultant to call me, i received the call and he told me that the premiums were to be refunded back into my account by August 3rd. This whole week i waited and there was nothing, it's almost another payday and you're going to deduct from me without refunding my last month's premiums. I need this sorted out quickly.
