Refund my money

It's just sad on how long I must wait for my refund while the money was debited even after I canceled my policy, everyday its a new story....firstly I had to wait for 9 days for the money to reflect on their side ,after that had to complete the refund form I did that,when I called they said I should recieve my money as the money reflects on their side and iv submitted everything, still never received anything when I called Again the lady said there's nothing on their account and then later changed and said money is just "laying there" waiting for them to refund it...now I must wait another 3 to 5 days for my money...am really disappointed thinking that my plan was using old mutual for saving for my daughter's fees.
