Refund my money

Hi guys,old mutual is playing us big time as I reported a policy in 2019 that was *****ulent then I canceled it but from 2020 they've been taking my money for this policy till today and now they don't want to refund me,I'm done with this company the worse part on Twitter they say I must call them as if I'm the one that is wrong.
