Refund from Old Mutual

I have been waiting for a refund from Old Mutual for 3 months. Despite sending numerous emails explaining the situation and trying to sort it out telephonically I’m still waiting. The staff do not read all the email trials and are extremely unhelpful. Old Mutual are quick to take your money but drag their feet when they need to refund you. I will never recommend Old Mutual to anyone and will be taking my policy elsewhere.
