Refund from Old Mutual

<p>My name is Simphiwe Mabaso id ********** 323088 cell ********** 074.I cancelled my policy in August 2016 case number CE ********** but im being debited R2000 pm since then.I have gone to the Sandton branch several times with no progress.A lady called me and asked me to provide the letter of my cancellation and i told her that my broker Mbali Ndlovu ********** came to my office for me to sign the document and confirmed that it has been cancelled.Please can i be urgently be refunded.</p>
