Refund for the policy I never authorized: CEB***

My name is Nomathemba, I have a serious problem with old mutual company. One of their agents authorized a retirement policy for a 5 year old grand child of mine, which I never authorized and money was deducted from my salary for about 6 months.

I went to Sebokeng branch and Evaton branch to lodge a complaint, I kept getting a message from their headquarters complaint department that they are investigating this issue, it's close to a year now but I haven't been refunded or heard anything from them. I have to go to their branch but I don't get any assistance, they keep promising me and re-lodging the complaint on their system. Please assist me in this problem of mine, I am so upset about this.
