Refund for my life cover

I cancelled my life cover at Old Mutual in November but they continued debiting in December and January, II went to their offices only to be told to wait for 30 working days. Then on the 26th of January I wrote a complaint, they asked me to send my bank statement because the refund had returned to them. Then on the 5th I got my refund for only one month, I complained again and they said that I was refunded on the 22 January, while I only got one refund and the other one it does not even reflect on my bank statement, and again why would I complain on the 26th if I was refunded on the 22.
