Refund for a policy I don’t know
I just received my payslip for January and to my surprise I have a policy from Old Mutual that I don’t even know… I immediately checked last month’s payslip and this same policy is there.
Who takes these policies without my consent and without me signing anything? Now I have R449 that has been deducted twice on my salary?
Old Mutual bring back my money, and track your workers who constantly take policies without people knowing. This is not the first time I am having a similar problem with Old Mutual. STOP USING MY PERSONAL DETAILS TO OPEN POLICIES I KNOW NOTHING OF.
