REFUND
This company is such a ****, they debited my account twice for life insurance i do not have with them. i have tried reversing this money but I could not , i have tried calling them and i hold more than 30 minutes without my call being picked up. I also tried their watsaap service which they could not help me as well . I want my refund , i do not want any of your services Old Mutual . This was the last email from them and no one has reached out and its worse because they are unreachable Dear Valued Customer,
