Refund
I have a refund that is due to be paid into my nominated bank account. I have sent all the relevant documents and according to their turn around time ,refunds are paid within 24-48 hours.
Its been 2 weeks now and no one has an answer for me. They all just keep saying that this refund is in process.
I would like my refund so that we can close and finalise this account closure.
