Refund can cancellation

I have never take up a cover with one of the brokers that were sent here. I wanted to take up a funeral plan but then changed my mind. once I did that I notified the person I was dealing with Dewalt that I would not be taking the cover. low and behold 3 months later they have started deducting from my salary. I called and asked for it to be cancelled to which they stated that it is cancelled. but it still deducts. I want this policy cancelled and all my monies refunded.
