Refund

My husband and I signed up for debt review on 23.03.22 we were assisted by Thomas Mahamba from Debt Busters.He told us that if we signed up on the 24.03.22 all our debit orders will go through and the will be no refund.But if we signed up on the 23rd we will be refunded by Monday or Tuesday.He did send old mutual an email to cancel debit orders and refund us but till this day old mutual hasn't refunded us despite the fact that we are on debt review.So what if old mutual don't cancel the debit order and continue taking money even when we are on debt review.This is bad service from them.They know we are on debt review but they are not refunding us and they also not saying anything.
