Refund

<p>I went at Greenstone branch and cancel one of my funeral policy on the 15 of April 2017 the gentleman who helped told me that gonna gety refund in five working days,today 28 April2017,when I call call center I had two different answers ,one said I can't get refund cause the policy it's surrender the other one said no refund on a funeral policy and I need to know the new truth</p> <p> </p>
