Refund
Old mutual has deducted my money for many monthsvwhen I never took a policy, I lodged a complaint a month ago or two, my complaint was never entertained. I need a refund. I went to the at Galleria mall in Amanzimtoit, still no response.
They won't even answer calls.
I need my refund.

I went to a brach, they asked for proof of deduction, I submitted the together with statement, now The email is asking to SPEND MORE MONEY TO GO TO THE MALL again, I don't have more money to travel amd print.
I need a refund please.
