Hi, I received a payout and the numbers look inaccurate, I have been calling and sending emails requesting a statement but no assistance to date. can u refund me the amount you debited after I had already cancelled my policy and can u send me my portfolio statement so I can check exactly how much I'm actually supposed to get back.
