refund

I have a policy with old mutual which is been deducted from my payslip every month. all has been well until July, They decided to take an extra R2000 on my payslip. I went and app**** for a refund they told me it would take 5 working days. On the 6th day I went back to check why the money is not refunded they now telling me 30 days. I WANT MY MONEY and all the policies I have with Old mutual terminated. I have done all that needs to be done for my refund. I'm tired of making noise at those consultants
