Refund

Dear representetives i do not know why do i have to fight for my money, as each time when i am waiting for refund in old Mutual i have to use my airtime ,energy and being in emotional disstress condition due to unprofessionalism of oldmutual system that only favours them when they deduct money. I have put premiums for holidays for three moths and now all three moths was never paid, I spoke to three different consulttents and all have different stories to tell, I am just gaatvol of this old mutual , you have already used my money for investing your own benefits and now i have to keep on following oldmutual, i bet oldmutual will follow me one day,

Here with the previous complain i sent , and asking myself why I have been a customer/client at Old mutual for over 10years now and lately I have been experiencing a bad service from Old mutual. At first I had a problem with this policy 69299MF ********** 5 that ended up on a vacation status without my concern as someone told me that my policy was lapsing and surprisingly others were paid on time. Fortunately I checked the police and went to the branch and they told me that I was not paying my policy like I was depositing and our agreement was for it to be deducted/Debited. Imagine if I did not come to a period where I check updates of my policy and no one from Old mutual contacted me. I asked for policy to be on stop order and surprisingly from my bank account and from the stop order in both money got deducted. I checked again and demanded refund and it took time to get refunded for what reason I do not know, so now I just realized that even the money that was refunded might not be what was deducted., Again I reported a duplication of deduction from my Pay slip and my bank account with the similar reference number. I requested my money back and someone just decided to do their own calculations and refund me with their own figure. I am tired with old mutual as I spend my time and effort to do all this things and I am not sure to why do I have to suffer like this. Kindly refund all my money as I am already unhappy as I was dealing with old mutual for the past 7monts for their own error, I do not want to go anywhere to the nearest branch or whatever . Either you don’t use your theoretical calculations and calculate from the real data source or all my policies be cancelled even if I lose , I am aware that insurance companies are always there to benefit from the poor and I rather cancel it and join those who will pay attention to their clients Please see the attachment 1.
