refund
I was refunded by Showmax and Netflix 5 months ago and I never received my refunds . I opened two cases for the refunds on two different occasions .
The first case was done incorrectly by one of your reps that work in Adderley street, it took me two months and i had to personally go to your branch to find out that the case was declined due to your employee's negligence!!! I had to open another case in St Georges which is yet to be resolved!!!
I am so sick and tired for getting the run around for my refund, I have sent you all the information that you needed from me!!!
I would like to get my money!!!! For a new bank you are doing a pathetic job at keeping your loyal customers!!!!!! If i dont get my money back, i am going back to Nedban****
