Refund

I cancelled an investment policy on 31 August then received a refund weeks later after the policy was closed. Policy used to debit money from my salary. On the 22 September the very same policy which is now closed as far as I know still debited money from my salary I tried to raise this via email but still my money is still not paid to me.
