Refund
I am very frustrated about old mutual service. I have app**** for premier and I was told that I will start to pay end October 2020. My surprise I am debited on the 1st of October and End of October. I requested for my refund on the 9 of October and promised that it will only took 5 working days to be refunded. I am still awaiting for it, it almost 11 days and I have never received my money. When you call their call centre they don't answer phones. I have been calling since last Monday until today. Their service is suckless
