Refund

Hello, my name is Enert Kephe. I have cancelled my insurance policies with old mutual since December 2023, January 15th 2024 they deducted the cancelled policies. I went to them for a refund they never paid up until today, but they kept on deducting up until this month. I again went to them this of April 2024 .They are still lying. I went there for refund every month since January I even went to different branches in Kimberley still not yet refunded. I have no other option but to help from you. Because they keep on deducting not cancelling.
