I have been contacted by OLD MUTUAL to inform me that I can withdraw funds from my RA, I completed all the forms and submitted everything as per their specifications, and now nothing, no phone calls are returned, no emails are returned - why?

04 Nov 2025, 15:21Dear Old Mutual Complaints Management - we are nearly a month on and still no joy, I requested a withdrawal from Sanlam 2 weeks after I app**** at Old Mutual and the funds are paid to me. I have submitted every document you asked for, you had an issue with my marriage certificate, I app**** for a new one from Home Affairs - my ID number on every document is unchanged, how can you not be able to verify my identity with a certified copy of my ID - I spoke to very nice Russel today, who was really helpful, but not even he could tell me when the funds will reflect... I am so glad I decided to withdraw all my funds, can you imagine me at 80 trying to go through this process... I dont think so,
