This complain is on behalf of my relative. Since she is old and not very well versed in technology. She has had a policy for a while and has been paying her premiums monthly AMD without fail. She had an insurance cover for a person whom she was very close to as they had been friends for a long time, so much that they were like sisters. We as African people know that a person can become like a family member. The spirit of Ubuntu is live within us and when your neighbor or any person is in need, you help them the best you can. My aunt had insurable interest for her friend because she took care of her when she was still alive and the friend had nobody to look after her and the rest of her family. My aunt is now emotionally abused by the Old Mutual group schemes investigative team. After numerous attempts and investigations, which are not a problem because it is the insurer prerogative due to high levels of ***** however this does not make any sense because they have investigated and questioned relevant people and the factual information was given to them however they seem to be determined to torture my aunt by refusing to pay.
