Red tape everywhere!!!

If there were negative stars, I would have selected those. After 4 months of back and forth, trying to close my late mother's estate, old mutual are finding every reason to not pay out her policy. Thus far, we have completed over 13 different forms despite the policy having been cleared and stated dependancies, as well as her will being abundantly clear. It's pathetic and inconsiderate and frankly disgusting to have to deal with this ******* in a time of loss. Its no wonder that old mutual are littered with litigation andc law suits. Funny thing is that they would have kept all my policies and funds had they not treated me and my family like utter muppets.
