Recurring Unauthorized Funeral Deduction

Old mutual has opened a funeral policy on my name and covered two people who i don’t even know. I went to Vereeniging Old Mutual branch and i was given the contract of the policy which had an electronic signature that was not mine. This is not the first time this happens to me, this issue has been recurring. After one case has been resolved, another similar one reoccurs. I really don't understand if there is a systematic flaw within Old Mutual which can be accessed to do these *****ulent activities or people who are being employed have access to do these *****ulent activities, but something *******/*****ulent is happening at Old Mutual and this is causing lack of trust from your customers.

I've opened a ***** case at Vaal Mall branch (Vanderbijlpark) but until now I've received no feedback nor any communication pertaining to the matter. Should this matter continue i am thinking of opening a legal matter for financial and emotional distress.
