Records not found but debit goes off every month

I had a policy with Old Mutual they were all cancelled when I went on pension without my knowledge. I recently joined another policy in October 2021 where I pay R624.00, when I enquired today for my policy documents I was told they don't have any records for me but the debit still goes off every month. For a reputable company like Old Mutual I have been having alot of battles and there is no professional assistance I am getting.
