Reception without a mask.
I was at old mutual Lenasia branch today. The lady at the front desk was not wearing a mask, she was taking our temperature without a mask, but we are expected to wear a mask. Also she does not serve with a smile. The service was not friendly. Lenasia branch next to Link pharmacy.
