Received an Awesome Services From Mohammed

I had a few debit order that was processed yesterday. I didn't sign up for any services with the company. I called my the customer care line ***) & I was assisted by Mohammed. An individual that is very polite, professional, focused and friendly.

Mohammed and I were on the phone over 15 minutes, while he was busy cancelled the service he kept calm and held a friendly chat with me rather than putting onto some background music. Every information he required from he made confirmed before processing it & I am truly grateful for his help.
