recall

On the 20th I mistakenly transferred r3500 to my old mutual education plan, instead of r350. now old mutual doesn't want my bank capitec to recall the amount back to my account and the refusing. why on which grounds this a day light *******. how am I supposed to survive with zero balance on my account and now old mutual wants to charge me 53% of my money if I put notice to withdraw it hai no this is ****ed up. false advertising m so ****ed off
