Bunch of Skaylie ******.... As I felt with my experience .They did phone me from their call centre and I have confirmed that I've cancelled and but are still deducting premiums.Everytime you do queries they say that they willl get back to you and guess what...they give ghosting a new meaning and so bullsh.t go on and just keep collecting.The broker was also not helpful as his kid was ill was his excuse and understand that it can happen but for 3 months been given the run around and like afore mentioned the ghosting trick....and still they just deduct and did want to lodged a complaint with the Useless ombudsman ....can see why they are doing what they are doing as there now accountability, in which the only way to get action was to appoint and lawyer.Really think twice....bunch not to be trusted and phoning them is worse than mission impossible three.
