Really unhappy

Submitted ma claims to a branch on Monday last week and was told will get my money after 5days, then on da y 5 l get a message that l should submit an affidavit stating my names and l did, the reason l wanted to withdraw that is be because its matter of urgency , sent an email to enquire no response and spent R130 trying to contact the call centre with money that l do not have , still no response your customer care leaves a lot to be desired
