REALLY SUCH BAD SERVCE OLD MUTUAL

I am extremely unhappy with the service that I have been receiving from Old Mutual Superfund, I have resigned from my company in March and I still haven't received my payout and whenever I contact them someone is going to escalate it they take my details and never get back to me. Everytime I contact its always a new story but no one communicates with me I always have to take out my time and airtime to contact and if I don't I won't know what is needed.
