Really Bad Service

I have on numerious occasions tried to resolve this matter, I have taken out a will with old mutual 2 years ago, I was advised that my financial advisor resigned, I requested a new advisor to contact me as there is a lot that has changed and I would like to amend my will. I was contact by several people and advised that they cannot on their own come out to me and that I have to go into a branch, but my previous advisor did come out to me, so why cant another one, I will be cancelling all my policies with old mutual cause if I cant get a simple thing as a will done then I cannot have them handling my portfolio, and with that the current will has not been signed and I was not advised about that, so in other words I don't have a standing will.
