Re-started Policies
My policies lapsed,
I have three policies that was due yesterday for the payment. I have tried to get hold of old mutual more than three to four times on the phone .I have hold for more than 30mins for one call from there the phone cut me off every time when I kept on holding several times for more than 30mins phone cut me off and the problem was not on my site until I give up . I have spend more than 100mins on the phone without getting help and when I tried to send them email to enquiries I have found out that I have been blocked I don't know why. My policy cannot be re-started because when I called them yesterday I wanted the clarity on the email as I didn't understand it . I couldn't get help when I needed.
