Hi. My mom took Green light with Old Mutual in 2006. She added my brother on her policyand also had Max Investment. Then it was allowed for the investment to cover the life cover in terms of. Payment, if the bank deduction didn't go through. Last year we found that the Greenlight lapsed, we don't know how or when BUT the strange thing is it kicked the policy owner out and continued with the added person and still deducting from my mom's bank account. How is this possible? I sent emails to Old Mutual and I never received any feedback beside the RE: Complaint from OMF Website - REF: [OMFCM84945]
