Rating = 0 None existent customer service, I will not use Old Mutual ever again.

Old Mutual have failed to answer numerous emails sent t: GS Enquiries <***> and when you call their call center no one ever picks the phone up. You also get directed to input your ID number more than once which is very inefficient!

I'm not a happy customer and will not be using Old Mutual again ever.

Use your own telephonic service and you'll quickly understand my frustrations.
