Rate service-horrid experience

I have receiving 'rate our service' smses from Old Mutual for a while now. I have called in numerous times to have my number removed from their database so that I can stop receiving these texts. 6 phone calls later I am still receiving the texts.<br> <br> Clearly the service is so bad with Old Mutual even their systems fail to comprehend that when you rate them at a low rating nothing happens. Everything about Old Mutual is Old and I have had enough of having to call there and request the same thing over and over. It takes long for them to answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold for a longer time while they 'investigate'<br> <br> Please can my details be removed from the database as this request is now getting mutually OLD like OLD MUTUAL!!!!
