RAF balance query not resolved

I have not been able to view my Retirement Annuity Fund (RAF) online since 01 October 2018, I have communicated with Old Mutual about 4 or 5 times since 01 October 2018 and they still have not fixed the issue. The reference number for my case is Old Mutual Reference -#HS ********** 9#.

Good day, This issue is still not resolved. Old Mutual's is still not generating online statements but they called twice on 28/ 29 November 2018 promising to email me a manual statements on the same day. I still have not received anything and it's definitely not in my junk mail. Regards, Xolile
