****** Staff behaviour.
I have tried my utmost with complaining about a staffmember who portrayed the utmost of ****** behaviour towards me,but without any success.I am enquiring about moving my policy over to another institution as it seems Old Mutual does not worry about staff behaviour or any kind of service.My family and friends are well aware of this and i can promise that they will think twice before doing business with OM.
