RA Tax Certificate Not Issued In Time

Old Mutual sent me my tax certificate in May. I had a look at the details and determined that the total premiums paid amount is too low. I brought this to their attention and they acknowledged the error and informed me that they will correct the tax certificate and send me the correct one. Tax season has now started and I still don't have the correct tax certificate. All the other financial service providers that I have products with have sent me correct tax certificates before the start of the tax season.
