RA surrender

I logged a request to surrender my RAs as they are still under R15000 last week Thursday. However, I've not received a single response and I was never even given a turnaround time. A Call Centre agent that assisted me today, thank you Nosipho, informed me that I was given an incorrect form for one of the Policies.When she transferred me to Group Schemes no one picks up my calls. I can here the click that indicates that someone is picking up but no one says anything. This is the second time this has happened even last week and I've been on the call for more than 35 minutes and Nosipho assisted me in less than 10.
