RA Surrender

I went to Old Mutual branch in Kolonnade for cancellation of two policies that I didn't need anymore, I was assisted well by all staff from receptionist to consultant and I was happy with their hospitality, I was told to come back after five days for withdrawal. Confirmed amount for agreement 69176PO***4 is R10287.76 and another agreement 69176P*** is R4689.75.

I received two SMS, first one on 13/07/2022 (Wednesday) states my money was over 15k and I will not receive my refund and second one on 14/07/2022 (Thursday) states busy processing my refund. I need to understand which SMS to believe and which not to believe, And I need to understand why they said my money was over 15K?

I am very disappointed about the service that I received from Pretoria Central branch as I was misled with information while Kolonnade branch gave me the correct info and good service. I went to Pta central branch on March 2022 to start the process and it was done wrongly hence I went to Kolonnade were they started the process all over again and requested all required docs.

All I need is my money into my bank account as discussed with consultants after exhausting all process that I was told about.
