RA claim

My husband already passed away on the 15 /01/22. I still havent received his RA fund claim. After many emails not answer by Old mutual, they just dont get back to me and I get phone calls to say that it will paid out from them, but still nothing. I have no income. They have phoned my children, and my mother in law etc to make sure that they do not wish to claim, and 2 weeks have passed, they then let me know that money will reflect on Wednesday 2 March, and once again nothing. I am very disappointed in their service and I will not recommend Old Mutual to any, neither use them in the future.
