RA certificate for tax purposes

<p>To whom it may concern,</p> <p>I used the email service on the Old Mutual website to request a copy of my RA payout certificate about ten days ago and again on Thursday last. I also spoke to a recording on the Old Mutual Call Centre and providing all my personal information concerning the RA, early last week.</p> <p>Thus far I've received no phone call or email message.</p> <p>The efiling tax season closes on Friday, 25 November 2016.</p> <p>What must one do to make contact with a human being at Old Mutual?
