Good day,September this year i surrender my RA @Old Mutual cause I cannot afford.I submitted all the documents they ask for,after some couple of weeks received sms which was telling that I'm qualified to withdraw the money in the fund.Immediately after reading the sms I called them asked why am I not be able to withdraw my money as the fund was less than R 7000,I was told the money in my RA is more than seven thousand told the consultant that cant be true. Few days after I called again got different answer that I have cancelled it before 2015 so they calculated the amount I got in 2015 add it to this one of 2019 then it gives them more than SEVEN THOUSAND RANDS that's the reason I don't qualify now to take my money. My argument with them is first of all their Financial Advisor didn't tell me that secondly how can you tell me about 2015 and 2015 policy has a different policy number with the one i joined 2018 and thirdly why must I wait till the age of 55 to get my money, what value will it be cause it is less than Seven Thousand and I phone the Company more than 3 times speaking with different consultants giving me different stories I remember one of them telling me about SARS doesn't allow me to get my money but I want to cut the story short.
