R700 Cancellation fee on a savings plan!!!!

<p>I took up a two in one savings plan with Old Mutual were i started puting about R200 from February. So i recently called there call center to cash out and cancel because i really need the money but i wont get even close to what iv been putting in! the cancellation fee is R700. I cant understand why i have to pay such a huge amount for a savings plan cancellation. i feel ******. The consultant never explained that in cancelling i would have to pay so much and i would assume that on a month to month basis this amount that i get debited gets invested and generates commission yet i have to pay SO MUCH!!! R 700 is a lot of money. NOT HAPPY!!!!</p>
