Quick to take my money waiting Ages to get it back

Hi had a policy with old mutual for a long term investment plan, so on the 10th of September I went to an old mutual branch and requested to withdraw the money. The Lady helped me etc and on the Transaction Summary it states 5 working days, its been 6 working days and still receiving the same response it's busy being processed. Why is this taking so long if this is my money I saved with you? Surely it should of been paid out? Why is it always a battle to get ones' money back when you guys are quick to take money etc?<br> <br> Please can I have a proper answer as to why this is taking so long and why is the transaction summary turnaround time different to what the consultants say over the phone?????
