Quick to sell to you but TERRIBLE after sale service

Hi have requested a new debit order date on numerous occasions and calling their call center is ********** holding for up to 15min before having the line CUT in my ear!!! this is pathetic i am seriously considering transferring my portfolio to another Financial Institution!!!

To date 3 years later they are still debiting my account before the requested DATE this is no ON!!!
