Quick, friendly service
Went into their branch this morning - took me less than 10 mins to get a new card.
Unlike their competitors, with their 'premium' accounts that took me almost 2 hours to complete the same transaction. Now just to move my debit orders over to them, and I'll be closing my account with one of the "Big 5"
